The Marion County Bail Agents Association, Inc. is dedicated to promote the use of corporate surety bail in Indianapolis Indiana.
With the ever increasing Jail population, taxpayer funded release programs are on the rise. The number of active warrants in Indianapolis is at a record high.
The victims of crimes are not only being violated by their assailants, they are paying for their assailants release and evential re-arrest.
The use of Surety Bonds to secure the release of a criminal defendant costs the non-criminal taxpayer nothing. In fact, Bail Agents (Bondsmen) pay the county and state if the criminal defendant abscounds and is not returned to the court.
This site is designed to help the Marion County Bail Agent keep informed of current laws, public policies and other significant information which may affect the interests of the client.
Our goal is to reach all Bail Agents in Marion County and surrounding counties to assist them in maintaining and improving their positive image.
